For over forty years, Majd has lived a life shaped by precision and high-pressure decision-making. He spent thirty-five years as a commercial airline pilot with American Airlines, ultimately serving as a Boeing 777 Captain based in Los Angeles.
His aviation career took him across the globe—exposing him to diverse cultures, geopolitical realities, and the fragile intersections of power and humanity. These experiences form the backbone of his storytelling.
Born in Iran and educated internationally in India, Great Britain, and the United States, Majd brings a truly global perspective to his work. He graduated high school in Arlington, Texas, and attended the University of Texas.
